Restorative Dentistry

Losing teeth can be a traumatic event in a person’s life that changes their confidence and how they eat, speak, and smile. We offer the latest advancements in implant and restorative dentistry to help our patients regain their smiles and sense of self.

Dental Implants & Mini Implants
Dental implants are titanium posts that serve as an artificial tooth root. Once surgically placed, bone grows around the implant, allowing it to heal and create a stable environment for a dental crown or bridge.

Mini dental implants are smaller and provide extra support for dentures. They also treat narrow areas where traditional implants are too large. Learn more about the benefits of dental implants and mini implants and whether you’re a candidate for treatment.

Crowns, Bridges & Onlays
Dental crowns cover individual teeth affected by damage or decay, and dental bridges cover larger areas where there are multiple missing or affected teeth. Crowns are normally placed on healed implants, following root canal treatment, teeth diagnosed with Crack Tooth Syndrome and teeth with extensive “fillings” with little remaining tooth structure. Onlays are more conservative than crowns but provide the same benefits. Dr. Nick and Dr. Maria will help you decide the best option for your tooth.
Dentures
Dentures function as removable replacement teeth. Partial dentures have a metal or acrylic framework and are the least expensive way to replace multiple missing teeth. We offer full dentures and immediate full dentures depending on your needs.
Composite Fillings
Composite fillings look and feel just like your existing tooth structure. This restoration is created with a resin material and fits tightly into a tooth. Rather than a gray or silver material in your mouth, the composite color matches the tooth color.

Additional Services

We pride ourselves on providing the services our patients need to achieve radiant overall health. We work with patients of all ages.

Pediatric Dentistry
Pediatric dentistry aims to prevent dental decay while encouraging children to practice good oral hygiene habits. We provide sealants to protect children’s teeth against decay, and we also make custom mouthguards for young athletes. We happily see children of all ages.
Endodontics
When the nerve of the tooth dies as a result of deep decay, multiple restorations over the years or a cracked tooth, a root canal removes the dying/infected tissue within the tooth. Once the tooth is comfortable a crown is placed on the tooth to give it adequate strength for longevity.
Periodontics
A screening for periodontitis (gum disease) will be done by our Hygienist during your comprehensive, initial exam. Untreated gum disease can lead to tooth loss. We treat the majority of periodontitis cases and refer serious/advanced cases. If you suspect that you have periodontitis, learn more about the symptoms.
Tooth Extraction
When a tooth needs to be removed, we are prepared to help you feel comfortable and relaxed every step of the way. There are occasions, especially when an implant may be placed in the future, that socket grafting will be discussed to help preserve the bone. Some teeth can be removed and an implant placed at the same appointment.
Night Guards
Are your teeth worn down, flattened, sensitive to chew on, or breaking? If you suffer from teeth grinding, we customize night guards to provide a protective barrier against wear-and-tear and enamel loss.
Sedation Dentistry
It’s not uncommon for patients to get nervous about going to the dentist. To ease patients prior to treatment, we administer nitrous oxide, which is carefully monitored by our doctors. Nitrous oxide is safe, effective, and helps patients feel completely relaxed.
